HyperPulse

Privacy Policy

Last updated · 01 March 2026

This policy explains what data HyperPulse Group collects when you use our websites and products, how we use it, and the choices you have. We try to keep it short and readable — if anything is unclear, get in touch.

01

Information we collect

We collect data you give us directly, data we receive from your use of our products, and a small amount of data from third parties used to operate the service.

  • Account information — name, email, company, and credentials when you create an account.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, actions taken, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Communication — messages you send via forms, email, or support channels.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookies page for details.
02

How we use your information

We use the data above to operate our products, support you when you ask, improve what we build, and meet legal obligations.

  • Provide and maintain the service, including authentication and billing.
  • Send transactional and (when you opt in) marketing communications.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal requests and enforce our terms.
03

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run HyperPulse, with your consent, or where required by law.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements that require them to use data only for the purposes we specify and to protect it appropriately.

04

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@hyperpulsegroup.com from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days.

05

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with our legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Logs and operational data are typically retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is required.

06

Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and continuous monitoring to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat security as a first-class engineering responsibility.

07

International transfers

HyperPulse operates globally, so your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we put in place safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

08

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date above will be updated.
