Terms of Service

HyperPulse Group is a digital monetization company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, operating through its subsidiaries and brand partners worldwide.

These terms apply between you and HyperPulse Group and its affiliates that operate the relevant service.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and to any additional terms posted for specific products.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

You agree not to use the service to do any of the following:

• Violate any applicable law, contract, intellectual property right, or other third-party right.
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, or other forms of solicitation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, accounts, or systems.

You retain all rights to the content you submit through the service. By submitting content, you grant HyperPulse a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it as needed to operate the service.

All software, trademarks, and other intellectual property of HyperPulse remain ours. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to use our brand without prior written permission.

Where the service includes paid features, fees are described at the point of purchase or in a separate order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with at least 30 days' notice for active subscriptions.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for HyperPulse or our users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue to apply.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperPulse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperPulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if no payment was made.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, unless mandatory law specifies a different forum.
